Our rooms are designed to be comfortable and convenient, allowing guests with specific mobility needs to have a pleasant and trouble-free stay. We have two types of rooms: the Deluxe Twin and the Deluxe Queen guest rooms. Each of these rooms shares key features for accessibility, making the mobility of persons with challenges much easier to manage and enjoy.

Room Types and Bed Configuration
A reservation can be made which includes a choice of either a Deluxe Twin room or a Deluxe Queen room; each will provide comfortable and quiet accommodation for two persons sharing. A Deluxe Twin room contains twin beds in single size, while the Deluxe Queen contains one queen size bed. All the rooms assure providing space for guests in the room for convenient relaxation.

Accessible Bathroom
The accessible guest rooms come complete with a fully accessible bathroom. The bathrooms in the guest rooms will be both comfortable and safe for guests. The accommodations within the bathroom include handrails around the toilets and showers to provide support for those who have difficulty manoeuvring and offer much-needed stability when needed. Special tap-ware, chosen for ease of operation, allows for easy adjustment of temperature and water flow. This thoughtful design ensures that all guests can use the bathroom independently and safely.

Additional Room Features
While the rooms are fully equipped to meet accessibility standards, please note that the rooms do not have a lifter hoist. This may be an important consideration for guests who rely on hoist equipment for transfers. If you require a hoist or other specialist equipment, please can you let our reception team know in advance of booking, so we can try to facilitate your needs and offer alternatives wherever possible.

The rooms are also designed to be spacious, allowing guests to move around freely. This is very helpful for guests who use wheelchairs or any other mobility aids, as it gives them the ability to move around the room without restriction. We do not compromise on the comfort and convenience of our guests, as their needs for accommodation are catered for.

Pet Policy
Please note that the rooms adapted to be accessible are not accommodating pets. That is because of the need to offer a clean environment, free of allergens in those rooms, for all people. If traveling with a pet, we highly recommend contacting our reception for assistance in securing a more adequate accommodation for all family members - including the pet.

Booking and Availability
Please note that to ensure your stay meets all of your special needs, we do advise you to contact the reception directly in advance of making your reservation. We are more than happy to discuss your specific needs with you, check the availability, and give any extra information that may be needed to make your stay as comfortable as possible. You can make sure that by contacting our reception team in advance, your room will be tailored for your needs and any special requests can be noted in advance.
